Start your return online. Ship your items using the prepaid shipping label provided via email. Refunds are expected within 30 days to the original form of payment.

Banter is proud to offer free and easy returns! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges) within 30 days of purchase for in-store purchases or 30 days of the ship date for online purchases (the “Return Period”).

All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Refunds will be based on the original form of payment. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.

You can return a Banter by Piercing Pagoda purchase you bought with Progressive Leasing or Affirm if you are within the 30 day Return Period. You may receive a credit or refund by returning your merchandise in store or if purchased online, by mail. If your payment option through Affirm included interest, any interest paid is non-refundable.

Purchases made in store can only be returned or exchanged at a store location. Online purchases can be returned in store or by mail. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, unless required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it at any store location within 90 days of your purchase for in-store purchases or within 90 days the date your order was shipped for online purchases. Exchanges cannot be completed by mail.

EXCEPTIONS

  • *Please note the following return and exchange exceptions:
  • Products must be returned in original condition with boxes, paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • Merchandise sized, engraved, or altered in any way after purchase may not be returned or exchanged. Piercing earrings, nose piercing jewelry, permanent jewelry, service fees, and items engraved in store may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift receipts may be used for exchanges only.
  • Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
